You join Craftex ApS as a permanent employee on a Danish employment contract and Danish terms. You work on our clients’ projects while Craftex remains your employer. Our typical rotation is 8 weeks on a project in Denmark followed by 2 weeks off at home. Weekly hours and the rotation are agreed before you start, in accordance with applicable working-time rules and employment terms.
Our process includes interviews, references, an experience review, trade skills testing focused on work on Danish projects and a trial period. We value skill, work ethic and reliability — and aim to retain good employees on good Danish terms. Contact recruitment to start the conversation.
